Kis Transfers
We offer a FREE transfer of your data from windows based Kis software, we do all the hard work and require your data files only for the transfer, these can be sent on CD-Rom or can be uploaded to our webservers for an even faster transition. We can also connect to your system and help you out with this if required and of course if you have broadband..
Almost everything is transferred ready to continue where you left off.On Some occassions, depending how you used KiS in your company, we may have to set imported documents as paid / printed if there is not reference to these.
- Invoices
- Customers
- Vehicles
- Service History

- Account Balances
How we handle your data
Once received your data is transferred to GA2, it is only ever handled by myself and not by any staff members.
The data is transferred and random checks made with the records against the original data files to ensure accuracy.
Each transfer has its own timescales which can not be determined until the data is received and I have started to process it
Under no circumstances is your data used or even looked at, apart from for the purpose of transferring into our system and all copies of your data is removed from our system after completion of the transfer.
Your sent back to you on CD-Rom or USB Memory stick (if sent in on this media) by Recorded Delivery.
We cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss of data during transit altough this has never happened, We also request that you send your data using appropriate postal services such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
