    Hi Davy

Im afraid it doesnt really support letters in the job / invoice number field

If theres no invoices on system you will be promted to give a starting invoice number, however at the moment you cannot do this with job numbers, however

If you create your first estimate, then select Admin from the dark tabs
    (start.. description......................admin)

You can then change the current Estimate ID to whatever is required, click update and all further estimates will follow in sequence.

It is important to note, if you try doing this with a few estimates on system you cannot enter a number less than the last estimate id to prevent error.

    Hope this helps.

V1.3 due this year will allow you to use Estimates in the same way as invoices & allow you to store them as it stands, when they are converted to an invoice, the estimate is lost.
