    Default Servers Down between 13:30 to 17:45

    We apologise for the technical issues today with our servers being un-available between 14:00 and 17:45.

    This was due to various issues with our server provider 1&1 and was beyond our control.

    I guessed there was something wrong when I failed to retrieve a DVLA lookup. Despite re-booting, the 'internet connection error' still came up when performing the task.

    Tried accessing web using internet explorer to find it was ok. It was only SWS that was down.



    I wonder if it would be an idea to have a Facebook Page, or a Twitter feed that Garage Assistant users can access to check on the status of such faults should they occur in the future ?
