Auto item insert on Invoices

Hi,

Is it possible to set up the auto insertion of a single line item onto an invoice in the Parts tab to include, description, quantity, price so that it gets entered onto new invoices as they are created? We want to add a free winter driving kit to each invoice without the need to create a stock item and without having to remember to do it every time.

Haven't seen an option to add a line to invoices by default, Do you need to add it for every invoice or mainly services?

If you're using the preset labour item options you could add it to the service ones etc

Or if you want it to be on every invoice maybe you could add something to the footer, "Free winter driving kit included" or something

There is currently no way to automatically populate all created documents with certain line items.

You could edit the Side Info boxes (which print to the left of the totals) and add something to describe it there.
This section is editable via Headers / Footers and Logos in the Admin.
