    Default Letter Margins

    I'm trying to use the mailshot facility to do various mailings to our customers but have a problem with print margins.
    When I do a sample print of a letter the left and right margins are about 8 or 9mm and everything is printed OK. When I do a merged print of the same letter the margins increase to about 25mm each side pushing the text down the page and missing off the last 5 or 6 lines.
    Is there anywhere I can adjust the print margins or should I just export the customer data in CSV format and do a mail merge in Word?
