    Default Cannot backup help!!

I have installed GA3 on my laptop but cannot backup, the system freezes and I have to control alt delete to exit.. my laptop is running windows xp with 512mb ram so meets the requirements.

Any help would be appreciated. Can you save another file manually??

Please download and install .net framework 2.0 sp1 and try backing up again

That worked a treat.. Many thanks, very pleased, I will no doubt upgrade my RAM to 1.0GB though.

    Happy to help...

1gb of ram is a good idea these days, it will lighten the load on your hard drive (used for virtual memory)
and you will probably notice a fair difference in loading times and overall stability system wide.
