    Default deleted some mailshot templates, not it prints only my letter head!

    I got rid of a few unused mailshot templates, but now it shows my template fine on screen, but when i print them, it just prints my letterhead and the date. No customer details - no car details - none of the text

    Make sure in the template editor that you have the following descriptions, if they are not named the same, the system will not pick them up

    MOT Reminder
    Service Reminder
    Cambelt Reminder
    Other Reminder

    Regardless of what you have renamed them to in the field label editor section.
