Can we link appointments across bays so that they all link to the same document?

Not at the moment, however we can look into adding it.

Thanks for that info, that works fine.
As regards the other question about linking appointments - often the first booking is for an MOT and we will be adding this to our first column (titled MOT). This then often generates a repair job which we will add to another column (Bay 1 etc) but we would only produce one invoice for the total job (ie Mot and repair costs). Hope this makes sense?

We can make it so that 'duplicating' an appointment by holding CTRL whilst dragging will carry across the linked document also. We made it clear the links from this initially so could add a setting for you to toggle on or off..
