We have been e-mailing invoices/statements out to our customers, using the default SWS/GA servers etc. Is there a record kept of e-mails that I have sent (a "Sent Folder") so that I can check to avoid sending duplicates or even worse not sending one at all. And if there is a "Sent Folder" where will I find it please!

There is no sent folder at the momen, however GA3 will have full email client abilities shortly, with inbox / outbox, custom folders, message rules etc.
Why not take a look at our Help and Information Centre containing articles and videos to help you get the most from GA3
