User Accounts

I have just purchased GA2 and each day I use it I find something else that sets it apart

I have one issue though, whenever I go into the User accounts menu and set/change a user, I save the changes, but then I have to log out as I cannot access anything else within the admin menu

Is this correct ?

Only the administrator can access the the admin area by default.

But you can change this if you wish by going into the admin area and select user acounts and privelages and click on the relevant account user's then set is this user an administrator button to yes.

Its when I exit this screen that I have the issue, I cannot access anything else , so I have to log out and log back in

When I do this, as administrator I have unlimited access as you would expect

As soon as I go into the above menu I have the same problem

Does that make sense ?




I have tried to recreate this fault on my machine but it just wont do it, one for steve or sws support me thinks.

There seems to be an issue with it re-initialising the settings dependant on the user initially logged in.

I will take a look and try and sort it for the update due shortly
