    Default VRM Error

    Afternoon,

    just a quick question we purchased some VRM lookup credits when trying to use them we get a popup stating VRM not enabled on our account error code: 9000.

    is this a time delay issue???

    Hi Tony

    Give it another try and let me know if its ok now.

    It seems to have been an error with the initial setup of your online account, When purchasing credits they should be available for immediate use.

    Why not take a look at our Help and Information Centre containing articles and videos to help you get the most from GA3
